I'm a final-semester undergrad student in Robotics & Intelligent Systems at the University of Oslo, building a ROS2 + Gazebo simulator for autonomous TEE probe navigation at Rikshospitalet, applying reinforcement learning to reduce human error in cardiac procedures.
I'm looking for a robotics internship for summer 2026, available from June 15 through end of August. If you're based in San Francisco, I'll be there April 15–24 and happy to meet for a coffee.

ROS2 Humble Gazebo Classic Python URDF Reinforcement Learning Foxglove
What I built: URDF model of the TEE probe, 4-DOF kinematic structure (insertion, axial rotation, lateral/anterior flexion), ROS2 workspace, Gazebo launch pipeline, Foxglove visualization. Currently working on controller configuration and RL-based autonomous navigation.
